Your left hand should be placed palm down on your left shoulder. Here comes the good part. Move your elbows and shoulders in while actually touching your elbows together in front of you. Then bring your elbows back towards or even beyond your shoulders. Do this slowly. Remember to breathe in deeply and completely; inhale and exhale each time you do a repetition. You can do this at least three times. You can repeat this often throughout the day if you would like. If you feel pain at any time, stop.
  2. Shoulder squeezes can be another stress reliever. Sit or stand while having your arms down at the sides of your body. Now be conscious of your shoulder blades. Use the muscles in your back{not your chest), and gently squeeze your shoulder blades together towards the back of your body. Repeat 5 times or as often as feels comfortable. Once again, if there is any type of pain, please stop.
  3. Stretching your arms is another great exercise. Stretch your right arm by gently bringing it across the front of your chest. Now gently place your left hand on your right elbow and pull your right arm towards the left and release. Of course, if you feel any discomfort, stop.
