We just had a customer chargeback seven months of Ali Pashaei's training. It's difficult to challenge these things without proof that they consumed the materials.
Going forward I will implement better tracking to defend against this non-sense.
In the mean time, we are publishing a page with Chargeback Offenders so other businesses can be alerted to this person's behavior and not do business with them. We hope to slow down fraudulent transactions.

Isn’t there something that you could have us sign that, once we buy the material, we can’t charge it back? If we see material online that’s not on the private Aeromir YouTube channel can that be used as proof? Does YouTube have any policies relevant to this?
That’s a good idea. I have some other things I can do to prove to the credit card companies that the order was real and not from fraud.
In our CC agreement with clients we use the phrase…
“I irrevocably honor this transaction and understand that refunds are not possible.”
You get the idea but when they sign with that word irrevocable, the banks take it very seriously and you will win 95% of the time. You will win 100% with amex and discover and lose a few times with Visa / MC. It is a numbers game and you should also think about fighting or not. In our case we get a $25 fine per CB. Win or Lose we pay this. The client after losing can reopen it and you will get a second fine. This is just food for though. In our case small money we roll over, larger we dig in and win.
