Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30-days after purchasing an online class. If 30-days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All subscription services we offer have free trials. No refunds are available for these subscription services. We can change from one expert service to another if the subscription prices are similar. We will adjust the subscription billing cycle if the subscription prices differ. You will continue to have access to the subscription service until your billing cycle expires.

Refunds for mentoring are as follows:

• Within one month of your start date and no more than two mentoring sessions completed, we will refund your purchase price less $750
• Within two months of your start date and no more than four mentoring sessions we will refund your purchase prices less $1500
• After two months or five mentoring sessions, we are unable to offer any refunds.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
