It is a shame that the gentleman I think it is the host, just cutting in, when HR is trying to explain the strategy is condescending. This gentleman needs to allow HR to complete his line of thoughts and it is very irksome when this gentleman is trying to interpret what HR is trying to explain. Perhaps he needs to have his own topic than being a translator of HR’s strategy!!
often time good traders are not very good at explaining their trades and the thought process behind their decisions; i think jim did a very good job moderating the presentation, dan sheridan style. i have been trading for a while and i understand all these issues well, anyone new to trading should be grateful for the clarifying interruptions.
as to the condescending tone of jim’s high pitched comments, i take it as an auditory illusion; given that jim wasn’t born for oratory, in this collegial setting it should be immaterial.
have to agree with both posters. interruptions by the moderator are welcome to a point, but in this case they are just too long. I came here to listen to Himanshu and the moderator’s long windedness, just cost me way too much time.
